Telluride Artisans' Guild 2008 Holiday Bazaar

Vendors:

Applications: All information and answers to your questions are set forth on the registration form.  All information and costs are the same as last year.  Deadline for application (postmark) is Thursday, November 6th.  We expect to be at capacity by that date. You may email info@telluridearts.org after to request waitlist/application.  Applications received after the deadline will be processed on a space-available basis.  You may download the 2008 application here (in pdf).  Send your application, your liability release and your space & membership fees to: TCAH, PO Box 152, Telluride, CO, 81435, Attn: Holiday Bazaar.

Inventory:  You will be contacted after November 10th with all your registration information, and to ask about your inventory. You may download the inventory form (in excel) (in pdf) here.  Inventory forms are so that we can track your sales and allocate them to you accordingly.   Sample labels for Avery/laser jet printers may be found here (in Word).

Space layout:   Click here to download a .pdf map of the cafeteria layout and 3-letter codes from 2007. Returning registering vendors will get the same booth as last year (2007). New applicants must pick a three-letter code different from existing ones.  In November, we will update here with for the vendor list & booth space; and for volunteer assignments.

 

 

 

Visitors:

It's that time of year again for the 2008 Annual Telluride Artisan's Guild Holiday Bazaar!

Who:  This year's Bazaar features over 34 of Telluride's and San Miguel County's best known artists. Featured artists are members of the Telluride Council for the Arts and Humanities, and many have been juried in other art exhibitions. Artists include beadworkers, glassblowers, gourmet food artisans, and ornament-makers. 

What:  The Holiday Bazaar is an opportunity for local artists to feature their creative and unique work under one roof. No imports, manufactured, commercial, kit work or re-sales will be allowed. All work must be original and produced by the exhibiting artist.

Where: The Holiday Bazaar will be at the High School cafeteria.

When: The Holiday Bazaar will be held December 5-7, 2008 (the 1st weekend of December). The hours of operation are:   Friday 5 – 8 pm, Saturday 11 am – 7 pm*, Sunday 11 am – 3 pm. *This may change depending on Palm programming; this will be updated in November.

How much:  Free for visitors!
